The Higg Index Communication Guidelines are updated as needed to reflect the needs of our members and stakeholders. The latest version takes user feedback on board to deliver expanded guidance for Brands and Retailers on communicating Higg FEM performance. Key changes include:

• Expanded guidance applicable to Higg FEM 2024 and Higg FEM 2025, including; Introduction of Do & Don’ts for Brands, Updated Important Information and new use cases for all user types, along with a new example language section.
• Updated Legal Disclaimer
• Update of Tool language in the General Use section.
